Service Delivery

Student Responsibilities
Engagement & Conduct
- • Attend scheduled sessions punctually

- • Follow tutor instructions and guidelines
- • Maintain appropriate behavior during sessions
Payment & Cancellation
- • Make payments as agreed upon and on time
- • Follow cancellation policies for scheduled sessions
- • Provide reasonable notice for schedule changes
- • Report any payment or billing issues promptly
- • Respect intellectual property rights of materials
Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our platform. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Refund Policy

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
